Home Telehealth Brochure Available to Explain and Promote Telehealth
Community Health Care Services Foundation, Inc. (CHC), a non-profit organization and affiliate of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP) has published a brochure to explain and promote telehealth to the health care professional and patient. CHC and HCP are making the brochure available to anyone upon request. "Using technology to improve people's lives"
Kent County Council aims to lead the charge in the UK in delivering model progressive programs, services and outcomes that improve the quality of life for the nearly 1.6 million residents of its County.
